At Good Vibe Travel, customer satisfaction is our priority. Please review our refund policy below:
1. Cancellation by Customer:

Cancellations made 7 days or more before departure: 90% refund

Cancellations made within 3-6 days of departure: 50% refund

Cancellations made less than 72 hours before departure: No refund
2. Cancellation by Good Vibe Travel:
If we cancel a tour or service due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, safety, minimum group size not met), customers will receive a full refund or option to rebook.
3. Refund Process:
Refunds are issued within 7–10 business days via the original payment method.
4. Non-Refundable Charges:
Service fees, third-party processing fees, and certain promotional bookings may be non-refundable.
